X-CoreTM: The Carbon Fiber Wheel
Our engineers created the 3rd Generation 3-Spoke X-CoreTM carbon fiber wheel.
By adding strength enhancing int ernal ribs inside the spokes, and ‘factory set’ secure hub mounting with advance epoxy, thrusts the reliability of the X-CORETM 3-Spoke carbon fiber wheel to new heights.
The high-grade liquid automobile paint, CFXP3 used for the wheels provides incredible finish and long-lasting color protection. The one-piece hub allows maintenance, removal, and handling of the wheels a breeze, as opposed to wire spoke wheels.
Carbon Fiber Wheel Production Process
We use our patented process of lost core molding to manufacture carbon fiber wheels. The carbon fiber composite material used and the innovative process, together render the wheels strong, durable, lightweight, and unrivaled in performance.
Wheel & Tire Compatibility
The 25ʺ 3-Spoke Carbon Fiber Wheel is compatible with CEW’s high performance SHOXTM Polyurethane tires as well as high-pressure (110 psi) pneumatic tires.

All our wheels are painted using a high grade auto mobile liquid paint, CFXP3. We offer a three-year warranty all our X-CoreTM Carbon Fiber Wheels.

Using all-round aluminium rim, this wheel will accept CEW's high performance SHOXTM Polyurethane tires as well as high pressure (110 psi) pneumatic tires.
