Injection Molding
We are a full-service custom manufacturer of injection molded thermoplastic components specializing in medium to high volume parts. We are an ISO 9001:2015 company with almost 50 years of plastic injection molding experience. Materials we often work with are polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PVC, and nylon, ABS, acrylic, and polycarbonate. Often these materials can replace parts currently made with metal, glass, or rubber at a fraction of the cost. Injection molding can have higher upfront costs but enjoys lower piece prices and repeatability for years to come.
