Information for Ordering
Orders may be placed by phone, fax, or mail 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Tuesday through Friday. Our fax is available 24 hours every day. To expedite orders please specify the part number of the item ordered. To avoid duplication please mark all confirming orders.
Minimum order quantities are typically 120 units for wheels over 12″ and 1,000 units for smaller wheels. Our sales department will be available to assist should smaller quantities be needed.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Terms All shipments are F.O.B. Redding. Shipping and handling is additional to the item price.
The first two initial orders require prepayment. Cash, Visa/Master Card, bank transfer, letter of credit, check or money order will be required with order, or shipment may be sent COD.
All international shipments require prepayment. Open accounts may subsequently be established upon approved credit. This requires an acceptable rating in Dun and Bradstreet and/or bank and trade references. Our credit department reserves the right to change the status of an open account at any time.
Return Merchandise Policy
Merchandise may not be returned without a written Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Skyway Machine, Inc. Permission for return request must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Merchandise must be in a resellable condition packaged in the original carton. All shipping to our factory MUST be prepaid on returns.
Custom or special items are not returnable.
All merchandise returned with 30 days of invoice date are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee. Merchandise approved for return after 30 days is subject to a higher restocking fee.
Shipments are F.O.B. Skyway Machine, Inc. Redding, CA.
In some cases a back order may be necessary in order to serve you, our customer. Unless customer specifies “No Back Order,”
Skyway does not assume any responsibility for any extra freight charges. Any refused shipments are subject to a 25% administrative fee plus a 15% handling fee.
Skyway reserves the right to furnish current construction, style, and material that is standard at time of shipment. Skyway also reserves the right to make improvements or changes on products without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Claims of Freight Damage
Shortages of Merchandise or Damaged Merchandise must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Skyway Machine, Inc. within 72 hours of delivery.
