Skyway’s Living Legacy… From the First Gate Drop to Today
Some gatherings are more than events; they’re reunions of a culture. Dirtyfest has become exactly that: an old-school BMX race that blends authentic track action with the people and products that shaped the sport. This year, the fourth and biggest yet, was delivered on every lap, and Skyway was proud to be there.
A weekend that felt like home!
From the moment the gates opened, the energy felt familiar: families, longtime friends, new riders, and the legends who helped build BMX from the ground up. We shared our booth with our good friends at Planet BMX and brought something special to the lineup—the latest release of the iconic Skyway TA frameset in a 29″ version. Around the venue, TuffWheels were everywhere, a visual reminder that great design outlasts trends.
Adding to the magic, CEW’s own aficionado and BMX icon, Parrey Cremeans, was in attendance, catching up with fellow legends, swapping stories at the fence line, and celebrating the community that powers the sport.
