Starting from our humble beginnings as a merger between Hamelin and Sun Metal, CEW® has grown to become the internationally recognized leader in custom injection molding and the design and manufacture of thermoplastic & composite wheels out of both our Baldwyn, MS and Reynosa Mexico facilities.

From our very first day until now, every milestone has been made possible by YOU. Over the years, through advanced engineering, material know-how, and automation, we’ve continued to improve on our injection molding capabilities and wheel offerings as well as enhance processes on the pathway to operational excellence. As a result, CEW has provided you with world class standard and customer wheels and parts for decades, and now our latest game changing breakthrough, the DFlex® platform of products.
While we serve many markets, we are best known for our presence in Lawn & Garden, Outdoor Power Equipment, and Agriculture, and our latest innovative new product, DFlex® ZTR wheel, was successfully launched this past fall and is a true game changer. This groundbreaking innovation utilizes an annular concave design, resulting in a smoother ride with reduced vibration and noise, all in a solid, eco-friendly, durable, flat free wheel… plus, it’s all designed and manufactured in the USA.
For the Medical Mobility space, we also introduced the DFlex® Pro-MD offering in 2025. We are utilizing our DFlex® technology in Medical Mobility applications, including Medical Scooters, Wheelchairs, Stretchers, and mobile medical equipment… and the response in that market space is equally as positive in regard to the technology and many benefits it offers end users.
We have many iconic brands that have endured and grown throughout our six decades with continuous innovation based on partnering with our many valued customers to meet or exceed their ever-changing needs. These include Skyway®, Tuff Wheels®, X-Core®, Shox®, and many more.

Jeremy Howard, a “living legend” who has worked for CEW for over three decades, has been instrumental in almost every aspect of our success. As the SVP Product Management, Commercial Excellence, and Product Engineering, Jeremy not only drives our growth plans, market expansion actions, and product development initiatives… but he has worked in virtually all areas of the company with hands-on experience in operations, production, tooling, and product design. He also has in-depth expertise and experience in materials and process and has worked closely with many of CEW’s major customers over his 30+ years.
