The Lost Core Molding Process

Our patented lost core molding process involves three key steps:

Core Casting

A low-temperature alloy core is created through injection molding.

Injection Molding

The core is placed within the mold, and composite material is injected around it, forming the outer shell.

Melt Out

The metal core is melted away, leaving behind a hollow, lightweight, and incredibly strong component.
