Design Process at CEW

Our engineers and designers work closely with the client to understand the requirements of the product and its environment.

  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is conducted to create a product design that utilizes materials efficiently.
  • We create products using high quality materials. We use highly efficient machinery and tooling procedures to ensure that optimal cycle times are achieved.
  • Designed by our in-house engineering team, the automated part handling and assembly equipment support the manufacturing process to maximize efficiency, reliability, and consistency.

Materials Used in Injection Molding

We have stringent quality checks and processes in place to ensure that only the highest grade of materials is used. The following are just some of the high volume materials used for injection molding that provide our customers economies of scale that few others can duplicate:
